Want to dip your toes into triathlon training?

The "Sprint" distance triathlon is perfect for this.

Whether you're signing up for a race, or just want to conduct a mock race day on your own, This program is designed to take you from couch to sprint triathlon in 6 weeks.

comprised of 6 workouts per week, almost all under 30 mins, this program allows you to work on your weaknesses, as the last day is an optional session. This means you can either skip it altogether or train your weakest discipline.

Workouts are time-based, so no need to convert from km to miles etc.

Note: In the month of January, this program is FREE for those who sign up for nutrition coaching.

Sprint triathlon distance: 750m/0.5mi 🏊‍♀️ , 20km/12.4mi 🚴, 5km/3.1mi 🏃‍♀️
