ABOUT JEN

Jen has been a triathlon coach for 20+ years and received her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science.
Jen has worked with numerous athletes from beginner triathletes to Olympic distance athletes to first-timer Ironman athletes to an 11x Ironman Triathlete.
You can find her knowledge as an author and speaker ranging from Triathlete Magazine, the New York Times, Runners World, and on the TEDx Stage.
Jen also practices what she preaches--she's a 15x Ironman Triathlete who qualified and participated in the World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
